Not Quite Mental, so I have been told, I do believe they are humouring me - Time to Speak my Truth!

The reasons for writing this blog are two fold. Firstly for my own recovery/self-management and secondly to help those who are going through similar challenges to myself. In this way, we may be able to go inwards and reflect upon our lives and move towards a resolution, that brings us peace.
